Unit B tenant indicated there was someone still present at that unit. She also advised unit to west was obtaining electric via extension cord to another unit; inspection of Unit confirmed lack of electrical service and an extension cord from unit to another unit across courtyard. Tenant was asked to disconnect and advised to obtain electrical service.
