Electrical box for both units locked by TEP. Unit B active as expected with silver tag. Unit A off with blue tag. Unable to access apartment, but tenant in B states their cooler is working. Visual inspection of roof suggests the A cooler may be wired into the B cooler. Will contact owner/landlord and occupants, after confirming with TEP. |
