Kuumba Made manufactures, wholesales, and ships beauty products and has been on location several years. Rear building has not had recent work according to owner; states it was replacement of fixtures like for like when they moved in. No hazards identified at time of inspection. A compliance review for the change in business was never conducted; need to assess if occupancy classification change requires new C of O. |
