12/06/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Tracy and I inspected the property and is now ready to be livied in by the owners. They still have to have a final inspection done on the carport that was inclosed. Case will remaion open untill that is closed.
11/14/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Tracy and I met owner at the property and they have done a lot of work but still have a lot to do in the kitchen and master bedroom. The living room still has alot of itmes that will need to be remove. Tracy granted two more weeks
10/04/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Tracy and I was asked to go to the property and see the progress the owners have made they have removed a lot but still has a lot to do. We asked the owner to give us in writing a plan with a time line that give details on how and when they would be able to abated the property. We in turn would give them a letter once the timeline has been met that will state the house is able to be occupied. The letter should be here next week.
08/02/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector received a Search Warrant and was served by TPD on 8/2/12. Inside of property was found to have trash and refuse through out the inside of the house, there was no room that did not have items in it that were not overflowing. Items were stacked well above 6 feet in the living room, the kids room had know room to play or to walk without walking over some trash and other stored items, this was in every bedroom. CPS was called and 3 children were removed from the property.
