08/09/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I went to the property yesterday a lot done has been done but still has work to do. I also talked to the electrical company AZ Eletrical Solutions (520-349-1709) that come out and he stated that there are a lot of issues with the electrical inside the house. I asked him to send me an E-mail with what he found. I feel a contractor need to come in and look at the roof and some of the wall inside the house that have holes that need to be repaired; the electrical contractor stated to me that the roof was in bad shape. There are some plumbing issue that I think the owner will have to address; the owner did stated to me that there was some backup in the line when it rained and I passed this on to the plumber and he state that they most likely have a line that has completely collapsed. He stated he could run a camera down the pipe to see if there is anything that has happen. It would be total up to you the owner to do. The Plumbing contractor was Drain Max and his Phone number is 520-358-8243 his name is JP.
07/31/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved With a warrant we were able to make enter into the house and found trash and refuse through out the hosue room were fill with all types of items; only one bedroom was being used for a bedroom all the other bedrooms were being used for storage. The bathroom tolit was not work property when it was flushed. Wireing to the stove had been regged and was not to code. Walls had been damage to get to wiring light switches none did not have covers. Heater unit was not wiried property.
