I visited the Pier 1 Imports store at this mall and spoke with the manager. I explained the complaint and the manager informed me that the property owner/manager, The Barclay Group, is responsible for the contracts regarding refuse collection. I will contact Barclay and advise about the alleged violation of the development agreement. |
