Visited site, met Tucson Fire on site, explained to me the status of the unit and damage, inspected, found as follows, ceiling leaking in several places on the kitchen, living room, closets, and have electrical light fixtures were water damaged, i contacted owner by phone, text message, did not reply , firsat a roofer showed then the owner, made contact with him and explained status on unit, i condemned unit until roofing is repaired, also explained to him that needed to make sure tenant had a place to stay, owner stated that he would put him up. Wrote notice of violation, expalined the Notice to owner and had him sign and give copy of Notice, took pictures |
