Met management (Beyonce Pino & Bree Dunleavy) on site w/ TPD Inspector John Bieg. Unit #101 was inspected; unit was filled with storage, garbage, and scattered debris, impeding egress into and out of and within the unit (photos). Pests were present, likely due to garbage and undisposed food. Unit was posted to keep vacant and a NOV to vacate given to the management. Unit cannot be re-occupied until storage and garbage removed from unit and egress restored. |
