Met the owner on site and check the house and all the issues have been addressed. The electrical has been turned back on with the permit, T12CM04391 on 7-19-12 and finaled on 7-24-12. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |

Received a call from the tenant who is the son of the owners of the property and was out of jail and wanted to get back into the house. I did meet him on site and all the electrical issues have been removed from the wall and the lighting have been removed from the ceilings. He stated that he will be getting items out of the house to move out. Let him know that no one can be here after dark and can come back when the sun rises. Did let him know if caught after dark that he could be arrested. He wanted to remove the posting and let him know that once the electrical is back on, that the posting can be removed. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
