11/19/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Units are vacant and secured. The pile of trash and debris still on the property. Some of the wood fence panels have been removed from the property and some laying on the ground. The property has been posted from the lender. Will check in 60 days. RV.
08/28/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property was secured by bathcrest after meeting with the supervisor Rick Saldate. I did try and called the owner and left messages and no return calls. I did talk to the brother and he gave the cell phone number to call the owner and again no return calls. The property is still posted of Do Not Enter on both units. Once the rear unit re-secured all is secured. Will check in 45 days. RV.
08/27/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Units are vacant and secured in the front section but the rear unit has an 8' sliding glass door that has been opened with pulling the plywood off. While on the property found a posting from the bank that the property is being sold. In the front units a pile of trash and debris has been placed on the exterior by the front gate. A wood slat fencing has been placed in the drive area on the east of the front units to prevent entry into the property. The date of the auction is 9-12-12 at 10:00 AM at the superior courts. Will meet with supervisor on getting the property secured. RV.
