Received a call from Joy a C.S.R. that call came in for a vacant and unsecured structures and that people are going into the structures. Arrived and the property has a duplex with the doors kicked in and the rear unit door was kicked in. Found no one on the property and went through all the units. Did try and call the owner with no answer. Did call the El Padador resturant and was told that the owner is on vacation. Received a phone number to call his sister and I called her and she was going to try and make contact with the brother who was on Mount Lemon. I did receive a call from his brother and advised of the situation on the property. He was not able to secure the property and his brother wont be back until late Friday. Did let him know that the property has been broken into and people are sleeping in the units. The brother gave permission to secure once was advised that the City of Tucson could secure the property. Called bathcrest to secure openings not able to secure. Did posting and let the brother know that an N.O.V. will be sent to the owner and confirmed the owners address. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
