TOWARD END OF DAY I WAS ABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE OWNER. OWNER STATED HE'D HAVE THE MGMT CO OUT ON SITE TO SECURE THE BLDG AND REMOVE THE GRAFFITI. |
