No one on the property and will come back after 1:00 PM to check on the status of the house being empty and start securing the property. 11/02/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Bathcrest called to the property to start securing the property. Did meet with the tenants and they have moved most of the items out and are lacking a few items. They will be moving the items out to allow the securing to be completed. The tenants have been trying to make contact with the person collecting the rent and he is not answering the phone. Windows on the second floor are being secured from the interior. The front door will not be secured due to able to lock the door with a key and the tenant will keep the key for now. Some items will be left on the rear porch and picked up tomorrow. This case will be check if the V.A.N.S program can take over the case to have the structure demo'ed. RV.
10/31/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the babysitter and the tenant went to work but they have the keys and are moving items out after work. They are asking for more time and should be out by Friday Nov. 2, 2012. I talk to the tenant by phone and Friday she will be done. Did let her know by going this route that on Friday that the board up will start and be finished on Friday and all openings will be covered. The tenant stated she agreeded to those terms. Will start the board up on Friday Nov. 2, 2012. RV.
10/29/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did the posting of Notice to Vacate to the tenants giving them until 10-31-12 to remove the items out of the house. The occupant on the property did not want to sign the N.O.V. and did the posting on the front door. Took pictures of the posting and will try and call Raul that is receiving the rent. Have been calling Raul and not able to leave messages and he is not answering the phone when called. Have talk to the listed owner on the accessor record and she signed the N.O.V. But she is not the owner of the property and will check how her name got put on with out her knowing. Did show the pictures of the interior of the house due to they have not been inside the house. She will be calling the attorney for Deeds and Notes Trader to check the status of the property being put in there name and just finding out that the property has been put in there name. Did serve the attorney at is office the copy of the signed N.O.V. of the listed owner due to the name of the business is listed on the accesssor record. In talking to Raul in the morning, He stated that the tenants have purchased a house and will be moving by the 30th of Octorber and just waiting for the keys. Will check on the 31st to check if the house is vacant. RV.
07/25/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to find out who the tenant is paying the rent to. She gave a phone number to Raul and try to call and not able to leave a message. Took Richard Diaz and showed him the site in questioned. Due to not able to make contact with the owner or person receiving the rent left the site and will continue to call. RV.
