Met the tenants and they live in the front portion of the structure. Rear of the house has an addition that was started and not completed. The roof is showing the sheathing and has some roofing paper but has been blown off in areas. The interior has drywall that has fallen or is loose in areas and stained with mold. The addition is a 2-story wood frame with foam and chicken wire and has not been stucco'ed. The foam has been exposed for a period of time and has yellowing on the foam. Some areas has a scratch coat in the rear section of the addition. The bottom floor has items being stored in a large room area. This addition has no permits that have been issued for the work and need to check if this area can be blocked off due to the drywall is loose in areas from being wet from the rains. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
