visited site, met tenants, management was on site, inspected, found that the kitchen range vent hood electrical shorted out and caught grease on stove fire, burned part of sheetrock, hood, and electrical, electrical was shut off that supplied that leg of range fan,, power was turned back on, gave fifeteen days to abate, wrote notice of violation and gave copy to manager |
