The house is vacant and secured. The roof has been repaired and currently has elmusion on the new roofing. The wood framing has been sealed through out with primer including a the walls and the roof sheathing. The electrical is being done and have plastic boxes on the ground where going to be added or changed. Will check in 45 days. RV. |

Found no permit or plans on the property and the workers did not know anything on the permits. Will check the records and call the contractor. Will check in 45 days. RV. |

House is vacant and secured except one window in the rear of the house. The slider has been broken on 6040 XO. Not able to make contact with the owner or the manager in Tucson. Was not able to leave messages due to mail box was full. Called Bathcrest to the property to have the rear window secured. No work has been done to the interior of the clean up or repairs from the fire. Will check in 30 days. RV. |

The house is vacant and secured. The doors to where the washer and dryer were was opened and called the manager of the property and they took them off the property. The door to the water heater was opened but not able to push where closed. Did talk to the property manager and the owner has an agreement with the insurance and have a contractor that will be starting soon on the repairs. Did ask about the tall grass and weeds and the contractor will be addressing that issue as part of the contract. Will check in 60 days. RV. |

Was in the area and a contractor and the neice were on the property and the contractor was getting samples for the abestos testing. He was looking at the damage to get estimates to bid on the work. Did meet with the neighbor and he and the niece talk on what happened the night of the fire. I did remove the city locks due to the neice wanted to get into the storage rooms and was going to remove the washer and dryer. Will keep the same follow up date on 8-20-12. RV. |

I did make contact with the owner while on site checking if anyone showed to the property. The owner stated that the property is under section 8 and has been trying to call the tenant and has not been able to make contact with her. He will try and get to town and gave me a phone number to call of a person watching the house and related to him. Will call section 8 to let them know that the house had a fire. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
