THERMOSTAT NEEDS REPLACEMENT, UNLEVEL, ANTICIPATOR NOT ADJUSTED PROPERLY.
OCCUPANT TURNS OFF A/C UNIT THEN EXPECTS TO COOL QUICKLY. ALSO CEILING NEEDS REPAIR DUE TO WATER LEAK.
EXPLAINED TO OCCUPANT WILL TALK WITH OFFICE TO MAKE ALL REQUIRED REPAIRS.
EXPLAINED TO OCCUPANT THAT WHEN THERMOSTAT IS REPLACED/REPAIRED OCCUPANT IS TO TURN ON FIND COMFORABLE SETTING AND LEAVE IT AT THAT SETTING. THIS WILL IN TURN SAVE HER MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. OCCUPANT AGREED.
TALKED W/MANAGEMENT WENT OVER ISSUES, MANAGEMENT STATED ABLE COMES TO PROPERTY APPROX. 3:00 PM. WILL HAVE ABLE (CONTRACTOR) REPAIR/REPLACE THERMOSTAT. (24 HOURS).
MAINT. TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS TO CEILING WHERE WATER DETERIORATED DRYWALL. AGREED. TOMORROW.
