The meter at 3124 was shut off; 3126 already has no water service (see T12DV04606). Structure was posted with a Notice to vacate and tenant advised he would need to vacate the premesis. Tenant, who did not give his name, also had 3 dogs on property who he stated were his. The fence, which was already in violation under notice, now has panels installed on east side.
