Fence posts 5-6' tall installed in front of property, still on same parcel, with a large portion of front parcel partitioned off with rope. It appears as though a fence is being installed. It blocks passage through this area to 3128, but cars can drive to the north and still get through. There is no ROW, it is all private land. Fence needs compliance review for location and/or permit. Note: vehicular access through this area is a private matter. |
