Several signs on buildings without permits: Wall sign and banner on north facade and banner on west facade. Large storage container over 120' sq ft and commercial semi-trailer both located on southwest corner of lot along property line without site plan approval or possible permit. Trailer also has flat tires and supports appear to be sinking into ground. Some accumulation of vegetation over 6" at or around the structure. Accumulation of refuse is present south of the main structure in or near fenced area. Note: peddler on lot has permit. |
