10/04/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Responded to a call from TPD for a possible sewage spill under this unit. Found a small open pool of water/sewage under the unit and partially under the unit next to it. Spoke with the neighbor in the adjoining unit and was told the occupants of the RV on space 42 had dug a hole and then parked the RV over it apparently to discharge sewage since they had no hook up. I contacted the property management company requesting they send out someone to remove the standing water/sewage from the hole and sanitize the area. This was done. TPD also issued a notice of violation for the RV as a junked motor vehicle to the owner at space 42. The Property manager also tagged the RV as well as a trailer which had been placed on a space accross from 42 without permission. These were 5 day notices to remove.
10/02/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property still has weeds, debris, refuse, jmv's. Took photos, in Sire.
08/13/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Secured the RV (JMV) with lock. Disconnected the extension cord being used, Advised owner not to re-enter or hook up power again. Advised TPD Officer of the situation as per his request.
08/10/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved property still has weeds, refuse, debris, storage violations throughout. Reinspect fee applies. Most items removed from JMV RV which has been condemned. Will follow up and secure 8-13-12. Send 2nd notice via certified mail. Schedule 30 day follow up.
