TFD call out for mobile home fire. Management on site with maintenance man. Owner of mobile home works for park, but not on site. Unable to locate owner. Electricity on master meter system. Disconnected by maintenance. Life line pulled and breakers off. Requested a lock on cover to breakers and was installed. Gas meter had gas line removed to lot and capped. Gas was started and other lot space turned back on. Bathcrest called out to secure mobile home since owner was not reached. Did posting of "do Not Enter" and "Unfit to occupy" Follow-up in 45 days. |
