Recieved an e-mail from CSR stating another complaint came in regarding the refuse scatterd all around alley again. Went to site and found refuse scattered around the community trash can area on the other side of the alley. Looked in back yard and could see a lot of refuse (furniture, misc stuff, vegetation) sorted and placed into piles. Knocked on door and spoke with occupant. Occupant stated she has been working at cleaning up the back yard and maintaining the property every since she moved in. She inherited the refuse on site. Unable to haul off due to lack of funds. Woman is pregnant single mom. Contacted PIMA COUNTY to see if they could possibly assist the woman in clean up the property. Gave woman my card and let her know I'd contact the county. Asked that she call me when she meets/talks to the County to let me know whether she is able to work something out with the county. Also let her know, I'd have to send out a Notice of Violation for the refuse. |
