FOUND BACK GATE HAS LOCK ON GATE BUT THE LATCH IS BROKEN AND THE BACK YARD IS NOT SECURE WITH A POOL FILLED UP WITH WATER. ALSO FOUND ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT BOX IS MISSING THE DEADFRONT AND NO CIRCUITS ARE LABELED. WILL RESEND AN NOV ADDRESSING BOTH OF THESE VIOLATIONS. AT TIME OF VISIT PLACED A CITY LOCK AND CHAIN ON FENCE TO PREVENT ANY UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY.

FOUND EXTERIOR GATE TO BACK YARD HAS A LOCK ON THE FENCE BUT THE GATE IS NOT SECURED. PLACED A CITY LOCK ON THE FENCE WITH A CHAIN. WALKED SITE W/COWORKER - RV. OCCUPANTS ADULT MALE W/MENTAL DISABILITYS. HOUSE VACANT AT THE TIME, UNIT STILL DIRTY.
