Met with the tenant and they have been selling items from the garage on Friday and Saturday with having a spot at the swap meet. While on site they were getting ready to load up to go to the swap meet to start selling. Did go over that they will need approval from zoning at Planning and Development Services Department to continue selling out of the garage. The tenants will meet with the zoning department and will stop until addressed. Will sent N.O.V. RV. |
