Back alley completey abated. Owner had called the City several times to make us aware of the clean up process. Unfortunately, she called the wrong dept. She was surprised when she was charged $75 for not abating. Met w/Enviromental Services who verified that the woman had infacted called the City several times and spoke to their customer service rep. Spoke w/Admin about the confusion. $75 to be removed message sent to GW to remove the charge. |
