CONTACTED CIVANO HOA, MENTIONED THEY HAVE LITTLE PRESENT INFORMATION, HAVE SENT (4) CLEAN UP LETTERS, THE FIRST ONE IN AUG 2011, AND APRIL, MAY, AND JUNE OF THIS YEAR. A LETTER WAS SENT BY THERE LAWYER AND CLEANED UP LAST AUGUST. HOA FEELS IT IS A FORECLOSER BUT HAVE NO PROOF, THEY USUALLY GET A LETTER OF FORECLOSER FROM THE BANK, THEY RECEIVED NOTHING.
