I was called directly from a neighbor about this property. The neighbor got my name and number through a connection at TPD. The neighbor called because the occupant/owner at this address died 05-31-12 and she along with other neighbors are concerned because the occupant was a person to hoard things and they are afraid that as the refuse, debris and garbage inside and outside the residence begins to decompose there will be a proliferation of rodents and insects as well as odors. The neighbor stated that the owner may have had one sibling who lived out of state but no other known relatives. I inspected the property today and there is a significant amount of debris and refuse throughout the rear yard. The front is relatively clean and neat however looking though a window next to the front door there was a massive amount of refuse and debris in piles inside the residence. There were two automobiles in the driveway, both belonging to the deceased. Checking assessor records I found two other names however they appear to be parents and most likely deceased as well. Currently I'm searching for a friend, relative or family member to take responsibility for the clean up. In the event that comes up empty I'll post and publish for the clean up. |
