Did an Inspection on July 14 a Saturday and found a garage sale being conducted. I explained the code and and she stated she new about what it said. I told her she would only be able to have one more garage sale this year. |

WENT AND CHECK THE PROPERTY DUE TO HAVING YARD SALES ON WEEKENDS. THERE WAS NO YARD SALE ON THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION ON SATURDAY. WAS ON THE SITE AT APPROX. 9:45 AND AN OLDER MAN WAS TRIMMING TREES IN THE FRONT YARD THAN WENT TO THE REAR YARD. HALF THE CARPORT HAS BEEN CLEANED OF STORAGE. WILL CHECK IF HAS TO BE MONITORED AGAIN. RV. |
