Found extensive remodeling to the main house as well as the structure in the rear. Property owner stated this was a storage building. A new a/c system has been installed on the main house without permit. Property owner would not allow entrance to the house and was evasive in answering questions regarding the remodeling extent. Took photos. It appears the internal structure of the rear structure has been changed. A window a/c unit installed, some new electrical on the ground behind the unit. Both the main and rear structures have been stuccoed, new windows added, and removed, the areas where they were removed has been covered and stuccoed. |
