09/10/2012	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	The house is vacant and secured. The security door on the rear sliding glass door has been forced opened but not able to gain entry. The deadbolt has been damage and on the floor. The wood frame shed in the rear yard has a hole in the door and has signs of people going into the shed to drink beer. Called Bathcrest to secured the opening in the shed and have the security door pinned closed. The rear window on the south side of the sliding glass door has the non-removable bolts have been started to remove from the wall. Will call the owner to have the property cleaned. Will check in 7 days. RV.

Has tall grass and weeds and will call the owner to let him know to have the grass and weeds cut. The owner stated that the house is being sold on a short sale and asked about the garage. Let him know that the garage has been enclosed with out a permit. Let him know that a permit was issued and no inspection were done. The permit expired 6-months after issued. Did ask if he will disclose it on the sale due to will go after the new owner once sold. Will check in 30 days. RV.
07/17/2012	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	The trash and debris has been removed from the rear of the property. The wood frame shed has been opened at the door where the nails have been removed. The door to the shed has been re-secured with re-nailing while on site and secured. The sliding glass door in the rear has the pins being pulled out and was able to hit back in. The door was not opened due the pins were not pulled out all the way. Does have new growth on the grass near the front door and will call the owner to have re-cut. Will check in 15 days. RV.

THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY IS OK BUT LACKING THE TRASH AND DEBRIS WITH THE TALL GRASS AND WEEDS IN THE REAR YARD AREA. DID CALL THE OWNER AND LET HIM KNOW THAT THE REAR YARD IS NOT COMPLETED. HE WILL CALL THE LANDSCAPER AND LET THEM KNOW THAT THE REAR YARD HAS TO BE CLEANED. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.

05/22/2012	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	I was at the property and the rear sliding glass door had the security door opened. The sliding glass door was partially opened but I had put a stick in the track and they were unable to open it completely to enter into the house. I did meet with the neighbors around the property and they have concerns on people coming into the property. They were all told to call 911 to let the police know that someone is on the property and the property is vacant and posted by the City of Tucson to keep vacant until inspected. Bathcrest was called to the property and the rear security door to the sliding glass door and the front door have all been secured with pins into the frame. There is a wood frame shed and that also has been pinned shut at the door to prevent entry into the shed. We are doing a posting and publication for 30 days to advise the owner of the violation. If nothing done in that time frame, the property will be cleaned by a City of Tucson contractor to have the property cleaned up. The neighbors were told of the posting and publication and as long as this is being worked they are happy. I will be checking the property every Friday for 4-weeks and if not cleaned will get bids to have the property cleaned. RV.
