CALLED TERY WOLF, BETTER WAY SERVICES, TERRY MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD REMOVED THE AWNING FOR THE OWNER BUT WERE NO LONGER UNDER CONTRACT DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THE DAMAGED FRAME. ** CALLED AND SPOKE TO HECTOR LOPEZ ONCALL INSPECTOR AT THE TIME OF EMERGENCY, ASKED HECTOR THE IMPORTANCE OF THE BENT FRAME DUE TO BEING INSIDE THE UNIT AND NOT DETECTING AND DAMAGE OR STRUCTURE BEING OUT OF BALANCE IN ANY WAY. HECTOR MENTIONED THERE WERE NO INTERIOR PROBLEMS AND SUGGESTED THE FRAME BE ASSESSED FOR ANY PROBLEMS. SPOKE WITH BOTH TRACY AND CARLOS ABOUT THE FRAME AND THERE BEING NO APPARENT INTERIOR DAMAGE. BOTH AGREED IF THE TRAILER FRAME CAN BE LEFT WITH OUT REQUIRING REPAIRS, THEN LET IT GO AND MAKE SKIRTING AND AWNING REPAIRS ONLY. |

SPOKE WITH JAMES MASTERSON, ALLSTATE INSURANCE, WHO MENTIONED A STRUCTURAL REPORT WAS RECEIVED ON SATURDAY 6/17 FOR THE METAL I BEAM UNDER THE TRAILER, THE REPORT WAS SENT TO BETTER WAY SERVICES. BWS HAS CONTACTED A WELDER AND IS PRESENTLY GIVING A BID FOR THE PROJECT AND A MASON ALSO CONTACTED TO REPAIR THE DAMAGED BLOCK SKIRTING. BWS IS NOT CERTAIN THEY HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE CONTRACT TO MOVE FORWARD, TERRY WOLF OF BWS MENTIONED IF THEY DO, HE FEELS THE WORK CAN BE COMPLETED IN APPROX. 30 DAYS.
