The palm trees are within the parameters in the Code. There are several prickly pear cactus throughout the front yard. Some possess areas are scaled and rough, which is quite normal in very mature prickly pear, which may appear dead however overall the majority of the plants are unmistakably alive. No code enforcement action is warranted at this time. |
