The interior of the structure has more damage and the wiring below 8' has been pulled from the walls including the outlets and the light switches. All the copper plumbing fittings or tubing have been removed. Called Martin Romero my supervisor to have the structure secured and permission was given. Called Bathcrest to have the openings secured. Will check in 60 days. RV.

06/25/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The mobile home is vacant and secured but has one broken window. Did call Bathcrest to have the window secured that is in the front of the mobile home. The window is a 3040 SH and the bottom section is broken and can open the window by opening the lock. Will charge the re-fee of $75.00 for the inspection. Has another posting by the bank but has no contact information to call. Will check in 30 days. RV.

04/17/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The propety is vacant and secured but has new graffiti on the exterior of the property. Will call the bank of Wells Fargo to check if the graffiti can be reomved. Will check in 30 days. RV.
01/24/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Driving by the property and found 2-people painting the mobile home. Did stop and talk to them and they were from Wells Fargo Bank. They were only going to paint the graffiti on the exterior of the mobile home and nothing else. While checking the painting, found 2-windows that were broken and they were not going to secure. The workers will not secure the openings with out a work order and not sure when it would get secured. Did talk to Tracy Williams on the painting being done and went over the securing of the property. Tracy said Ok to secure and bathcrest called to the property. Did ask the workers if they removed the wood frame shed from the property and they said no. Will need to check if the bank removed the shed or if the contractor from the City did the work due to had a bid for removing the shed. Took pictures of the board up. The interior has been vandalized and appears to be shearching for wiring. The rear gates have been removed from the chainlink fencing. Will check in 30 days. RV.
