Site inspection; no answer at door. New A/C unit installation (not like for like) on west side of main structure, work does not appear to be to code, clearances and ventilation not correct. Ventilation installed that appears to go into pre-existing opening that was likely previously for an evaporative cooler. Added electrical circuits along top portion of wall are not to code and lack good workmanship. Water heater also appears newly installed and not to code based on ventilation - does not extend enough above roof line. |
