At site, walked wash. Found no trash, but I did find a small amount of dead vegetation consisting of cut branches. The branches are black and have been there for awhile. I also found recently cut vegetation at the end of Broadway. Spoke to manager at MHP, Harry, said cut vegetation is illegal dumping and not from the MHP. Referred case to Street Dept. Close case. |
