The light switch that was changed was at another location and it is working properly. Called the owner to let her know that the light switch was not changed. She will send the worker to the unit to check the light switch. Will check in 5 days. RV.
09/10/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Has a light switch that needs to be replaced. The exhaust fan in the bathroom has been replaced and working, the G.F.C.I. in the kitchen and bathroom are working. Called the owner to let her know that the light switch needs to be changed due to not working. Will check in 5 days. RV.
08/27/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owner and some of the items have been completed. The items that needed to be correct, gave a list to the owner. Went over the yard lacking of being cleaned and she stated that it's new growth. When the list was given the owner stated that she will get these done as soon as possible and will call when completed. The unit has been rented out and the tenant was moving in. Will check in 5 days. RV.
07/13/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met the owner on the property and the unit is vacant. The smoke detectors have been changed to the property smoke detectors with being hard wire. No other work has been done for the correction to be abated. The property has no electrical or water. Went over the repairs that need to be done in order to abate the issues. She stated that she needs to get money to do the repairs. Let her know that the repairs need to be done before the unit is rented out. Will check in 30 days. RV.
04/30/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET THE OWNER AT THE SITE AND GAVE HER THE N.O.V. WENT OVER THE VIOLATIONS AND NEED THE SMOKE DETECTORS UP BY TOMORROW AND SHOWED THAT HAD 5 DAYS ON THE N.O.V. SHE IS GOING TO MAKE THE REPAIRS AND WENT OVER THE 30 DAYS FOR CORRECTION TO BE DONE. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV.
