Weeds have been cut and placed in the COT roadway. Although it appears obvious where the weeds in the roadway came for it will be impossible to prove that said weeds are from the address 1831 S Kevin Dr., owned by Heather Mae Rose, who is a City of Tucson Police Officer, as well as who may have place the weeds in the COT roadway, I will close this case and refer the weeds to TDOT for collection. |
