Complainant called back stating there was excessive animal feces in the back yard. I took a look over the rear yard wall and saw a couple small piles. Nothing excessive whatsoever. Previously the same complainant referred a weeds complaint which I feld did not rise to the level of NOV. Upon this return visit weeds have grown and I will now issue and NOV for the weeds. I'll include the animal feces code as well. |
