The building has been closed since Feb. 2012 due to a water line break in the kitchen area. The building is currently having issues with mold growing in the walls and ceiling and the insurance paying for the damage. I have talk to the owner of the business and he is not sure he is going to re-opened if he can not agree with the insurance company. There were worker that showed while on site and they were only looking at the damage and looking on how the repairs can be done. Mask have to be worn in order to enter the building. The freezer and refrigerator have been broken apart and in section in the front of the building. The garage door that was installed has no electrical to the door. The garage door is an overhead door and opened manually. The area is to the patio and a section is closed off to the exterior area and currently being used for storage. A wall has been added to the interior of the building near the bar area and has opening to the bathrooms and the games area. I will be sending a N.O.V. to the listed owner for the property for the overhead door, the wall added to the bar area, tall grass and weeds with trash and debris. I talk to the owner of the business and his only part of the property is the business being done with the bar. WILL DO N.O.V. RV. |
