07/03/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 07/02/12: Rick S., conducted follow up due to associated Inspector transferring to another department. Met owner (Jamie) on site, she was very upset due to her previous experience with Inspector and department. Spent extensive time listening and communicating regarding her previous interaction. Owners have addressed other issues in NOV (weeds and storage) but have not completed the process associated with the chicken coop located in the rear yard along the south property line. Owner stated she has plot plan ready but husband has not completed process at Building Department. Informed her and she agreed that they will submit plan to DSD by Wed. ACTION: will grant extenstion until next week, will review Permits Plus. If no action will re-assign case to Inspector for citation. If is in or has completed process will grant extension or close case compliance.
