There is no documentation or recorded legal documents confirming a foreclosure nor identifying a responsible party other than the current listed owner. Mr. Hegenderfer is not current getting service Tucson Water and the only property he is listed owner of in Pima County is the Burning Tree address. There are some weeds in the back yard which I could see through a crack in the fence. The house is not dilapidated or damaged and all visible windows were intact. The stagnant water in the pool has been refered to Pima County. No action by Code Enforcement at this time. Follow up in 30 days for new owner information. |
