Visited site and found some storage violations, some refuse and debris in the alley behind the residence. There is a truck-bed camper being stored in the front yard along with other items which are not permitted in the front. There did not appear to be any type of utilities connected to the camper so whether or not it is being occupied as a dwelling unit or not remains unknown at this time.There were two landscape style trailers in the street, one hitched to a van. I was unable to find a "A pile of dead branches about 15ft. high maybe in the back yard." as alleged in the complaint. I called the residence and spoke to a person that identified themself as a daughter to Margory Hoff, the listed name on the water billing, and I explained the violations I had identified. I advised I would be sending an NOV which would outline the violations and offer some recommendations to correct those violations. There was no obstruction of the ROW and no violation of the site plan. |
