Dilapidated structure, vacant for several years; windows and doors broken on 1/31/12, boarded 2/3/12 by PO. Interior gutted and damaged. This is a nuisance property with several TPD visits for vandalism and trespassing. Accumulation of vegetation and refuse on property. Chain link fencing is in bad condition, but locked.
