I met with the management and a cooler company was on site and doing the change over for the whole complex. I have a list of cooler that still have issues and some are requiring replacements. BUILDING - A A-15 has a bad motor and is currently running. BUILDING - B 6-coolers need replacements and didn't have the unit numbers. BUILDING - C 1-cooler needs to be replaced, C-55. BUILDING - D 6-coolers need to be replaced and are D-78, 73, 68, 64, 70, 62. Unit 68 will be the first due to the tenant is on oxygen. BUILDING - E 4-coolers need to be replaced and are 91, 92, 94, 95. The company is stating the all the coolers will be operating with-in the next 10 days. He was going to the complex today and was going to work on getting water to some of the coolers and do maintenance on those that could be worked on. I will be checking the complex in 10 days and calling the complex through the week to check the status of the repairs being done. I have met with some of the tenants and they have fans in the units. I did shoot the temps out of the coolers and some were in the 80's and the room temp was in the 80's. WILL CHECK IN 10 DAYS. RV. |
