10/11/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved A follow up in spection today revealed the yard still secured with temporary fencing. The house is secure and free of weeds and debris. I've been unsuccessful in locating Holly A Hammond, the listed owner. The property went up for a Trustee's sale in 2011 however there is nothing recorded to indicate that sale took place and or the property sold. I will be placing the case in observe status at this point and monitor again in 3 months or sooner if another complaint arises.
06/04/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved A check of the PC Recorders site shows no new action on the property. I'll send a notice to RECONTRUST and see if that will produce any action.
05/09/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Property remains vacant and secure. Richard Zastrow is deceased and I've been unabel to locate Holly Hammond. The most recent recorded documents indicate a NOS which was to have taken place in December of 2011 however there is nothing recorded to indicate that actually transpired. Will follow up in 30 days.
