THERE WAS FIRE DAMAGE TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM'S INTERIOR FRAMING MEMBERS SUCH AS THE WALL STUDS AND THE ROOF RAFTERS WHICH DO EXTEND TO THE MAIN GARAGE AREA. THE LAUNDRY ROOM ABUTS A STORAGE ROOM WHICH ARE ALL PART OF TE ATTACHED GARAGE. THESE ROOMS ARE SEPARATED BY PARTITIONED WOOD FRAMED WALLS. THE GARAGE ROOF HAS THREE 4X4 ROOF CUT OUTS. PHOTOS IN SIRE.

THE INTERIOR OF THE KITCHEN'S CEILING HAS AN INSPECTION 4X4 DRYWALL CUT OUT.

THE POWER WAS CUT BY TEP. THE MAIN DISCONNECT IS LOCATED ON THE EXTERIOR LAUNDRY ROOM'S WALL, ALL THE DWELLINGS HOME RUNS ENTER THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND EXIT IN THE FIRE DAMAGED AREA.

PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS,

A NOTICE AND ORDER WAS ISSUED AND SIGNED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER BETTY LEMKE ON SITE.

THE DWELLING UNIT COULD BE SECURED BY ITS OWN WINDOW AND DOOR'S. THE CITY DID NOT SECURE THE STRUCTURE.

SCHEDULE A 60 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOR THE ARE INSPECTOR.
