Out door storage is visible from property lot lines, Currently has several disassembled, inoperable JMV's (junked motor vehicles) in back yard. Also present is large amounts of dried overgrown, unattended vegetation (grass & weeds) exceeding 6 " in height mixed in w/trash & debris along alleyway, NOV to be sent |
