AND/OR NOT ACCESSABLE, NOT VISIBLE. 4)-- TAPED OFF DOUBLE WALL FLUE PIPE THAT GOES THROUGH COMBUSTABLE CHASE. 5)-- INSTALLED TEMPERTURE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE DRAIN LINE WRONG. STRAIGHT UP THROUGH VENT CHASE TO ROOF. 6)-- DID NOT FOLLOW MANUFACTURES INSTALLATION GUIDE LINES. TO CLOSE TO WALL. 7)-- FLUE PIPE NEEDS MORE PROTECTION, SECURITY TO MAIN FLUE PIPE. OCCUPANT IN PROCESS OF MOVING OUT TO ANOTHER UNIT. UNIT TO BE VACATED TODAY. CONTRACTOR SCOTT: BID WAS TO REPAIR GAS LEAK IN GAS PIPES ONLY NOT TO MAKE REQUIRED CODE & INSTALLATION REPAIRS. IT WAS MENTIONED SOME ONE CAPED OFF THE FLUE PIPE ON THE ROOF. (CHECK). FLUE PIPE ON ROOF OPEN. NO ISSUE. UNIT I-49: WALLS AND CEILING OPENED TO GET TO GAS LINES. I-49 GAS SYSTEM WAS NEVER OPENED FOR ANY REPAIRS ALL REPAIRS DONE TO I-52 GAS LINES. PRESSURE TEST DONE HOLDING FINE, NO LEAKS. 10-10.5 LBS. APPROX 5 DAYS. CONTRACTOR: SECURED PERMIT FOR REPAIRS (GAS LINE) T12PL00263 ISSUED 3/28/2012. CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE ALL WORK TO HOT WATER TANK INSTALLATION. PASS PERMIT INSPECTION. CONTRACTOR AWARE OF NECESSARY CORRECTIONS. UNIT TO STAY VACANT UNTIL PERMIT FINALED. PER INSPECTOR AND KIM REGIONAL MANAGER. ISSUE 2 A/C UNITS SCATTERED ABOUT COMPLETE COMPLEX DIFFERENT BUILDINGS DIFFERENT UNITS. ALL NEW AND OLD UNIT LACK PROTECTIVE COVERS OPEN EXPOSED TO EXTERIOR ELEMENTS. (240) VOLTS. ELECTRICAL SERVICE EMERGENCY DISCONNECT BOXES ALL OPEN, DETERIORATED, RUSTED. OPEN EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING LAYING ON ROOF TOP. DETERIORATED, CRACKING FROM EXTERIOR ELEMENTS. RESEARCH: A/C PERMITS.
