11/03/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was called approximaetly at 11:57 a.m. by my supervisor Rick Saldate and was asked if I could check on a case on 8050 E tanque Verde and if I had any dealings with this case, I explained to Rick that I have heard several conversasions about this case, he then asked if I could check to see if any parties were at this addres, I then left my residence at approximaetly 12:10 p.m.
I arrived approximately at 13:15 and walked to where I had seen several groups of persons with children and different animals and approximately three workers in blue shirts that were helping the children with the animals.I then walked up to a pen that was approximaetly 100 feet in diameter in cercumfrence. there was a male person there and I then asked him if this was a party, he then stated to me that he was the grandfather and that his daughter had hired this outfit for the birthday party,and that there was another birthday party prior to theres and they had just cleaned the property for there party I then asked him what then cost was and he stated that he did not know and that I would have to ask his daughter, then the grandmother came up to the conversaion and stated that the birthday party was very expensive and that the person to talk to was over by the other pen and pointed to me a female in blue jeans with a white shirt and long aburn grayish hair.
I hen asked he grandfaher if I could take pictures, he stated to me that I could, I then took pictures and drove off the premises.
I called my supervisor back and explained what I had found in my follow up, he then directed me to approach the owner, I then inquired if it would not be a good idead to not approach and confront the owner due to the grandparents, parents and children.
He then directed to me not to approach and just get with the prosecutor on Monday and see what direction to go.
Monday I did meet with the prosecutor and was directed to appear in behalf of the city for my findings
10/29/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On October 28/12 I took my wife passed this location to see the miniture horses. We looked several times at the property and we both didn't see any party activity. This was approximately 1:00 P.M. We left approx. a half hour later and looked again. On Sunday I received a call from my supervisor Rick asking if I could respond to the complainants phone call to him. Unfortunately I wasn't home to hear my work phone ring, so I missed his call by an hour. The time was 4:10. By the time I would have gotten to the site it would have been passed 4:30. I figured that the party would be over by then. I discussed the situation with Rick in the office on Monday.

OWNER WANTS TO TRY AND QUALIFY FOR BEING ADVERSLY AFFECTED BY INNIMENT DOMAIN. OWNER HAS TO PROVE PROPERTY WAS USED FOR PUBLIC FUNCTIONS OR AS HORSE PROPERTY BEFORE THE LAND WAS TAKEN. OWNER UNABLE TO LOCATE EVIDENCE: WANTS TIME TO LOCATE PROOF. PROPERTY ANNEXED IN 1992, COUNTY HAS POOR RECORDS JUDGE ALLOWED OCCUPANT 3 WKS TO LOCATE EVIDENCE. MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW HE IS MOVING FORWARD AND WORKING WITH THE CITY OF TUCSON AT NEXT COURT DATE: NOV 16, 2012 AT 10 AM.
10/20/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On Saturday 10/20/2012. I drove my personal vehicle to the wash near 8029 E. Tanque Verde road and parked. I walked the wash south, under the bridge to view the property of 8050 E. Tanque Verde. From the wash I could see a majority of the property. I didn't see any party or evidence of any parties. I returned to my vehicle and drove to E. Woodland road. While parked there a neighbor approached me. After showing him my ID badge I asked about his neighbors. He said that he was unaware of any parties in the last month or so. I didn't find any parties this weekend.
10/13/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site on Saturday Oct.13 at 11:30. Drove along Tanque Verde and Woodland roads. Didn't see any party.
10/08/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved On Saturday, October 6, at 11:30 I drove my personal vehicle on Woodland Rd. and Tanque Verde Rd. I didn't see any party signs or signs of a party taking place. I went to investigate on another case file and returned to Woodland Rd. and Tanque Verde again around 1:40, still no party. I was called out by TPD on another case and when I finished that, I returned to Woodland Rd. and Tanque Verde for a third time. The time was 2:40 and still no signs of a party.
09/26/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved This past weekend our after hours inspector received a call from our Management stating they got another call from the neighbor stating the man at 8050 E. Tanque Verde was having another party. Inspector E.S went out to the site but was not able to observe anything in terms of a large party. After talking with him on Monday I showed him the map of the site and where the parties normally take place. Inspector mentioned that if he gets another call he'll go out to the site and enter the property to verify if a party is taking place.
09/26/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved CHECKED PERMITS PLUS FOUND NO PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED YET TO DS FOR REVIEW AND NOTHING HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS OF YET.
08/24/2012 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET W/OWNER IN COURT: REPORTED NO PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO REVIEW. ALSO MENTIONED THE OWNER IS STILL HAVING PARTIES FOR PROFIT AT THE SITE. PRODUCED EVIDENCE TO THE COURTS SHOWING THE COURTS THE BIRTHDAY CARD. REQUESTED THAT THE OWNER 1) CEASE ALL PARTY BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY. 2) REMOVE ALL ADVERTISING FROM THE INTERNET. 3) SUBMIT ALL PLANS AND PAY THE FEE REQUIRED TO BEGAN THE REVIEW PROCESS FOR THE BUSINESS.
